Job Description

Wellsville Manor Care Center has full-time and part-time C.N.A positions available for Day, Evening, and Night shifts. The role involves caring for ill, injured, or convalescing patients or persons with disabilities in a nursing home under the supervision of a registered nurse. This is a Union position. Benefits are available after 90 days.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Assist patients with mobility and daily living activities.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the supervising nurse.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Document care provided in patient records.
