About the position
As a Member Services Rep at American Airlines, you'll: Set-up new loans in the FICS servicing system; Handle property tax/insurance policy issues and provide service to member questions regarding their property tax or insurance policy; Track and log legal documents related to mortgage processing; Prepare and image documents for record retention; Provide requested payoffs to member, loan officers, and other lenders; Review account information with members and requests corrections as necessary...Hiring Immediately
Responsibilities
