Position Overview

• The role is formally based at our Appleton, WI office.
• We are pleased to announce an opening for the position of Customer Assistance Rep with American Airlines.
• A primary focus of this role will be leveraging your skills in your professional skills within the Airlines, Customer Service, Aviation sector.
• The anticipated compensation for this role is $22-$26/Hour (approx. $960/Week).

The Customer Assistance Representative at American Airlines plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service at the San Francisco International Airport. This position involves interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner, assisting them with various airport processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational policies. Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers when they enter the airport or arrive in the ticket area
• Monitoring the ticket counter area to ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
• Assisting customers with self-service kiosk check-in and baggage processing
• Servicing and maintaining kiosk machines and troubleshooting technology issues
• Verifying customers' carry-on baggage compliance with FAA/American Airlines policies
• Verifying and clearing travel documents for international travelers
• Assisting customers with special needs, including non-ambulatory customers and unaccompanied minors
• Providing customers with gate information and directions
